A first generation entrepreneur, Mr Amir Ali is the Founder and Managing Director of ESCROW GROUPS. He is a BE & MBA graduate who began his career with AABCO Business Since 2005 on his own Entrepreneurial journey. Seeing an opportunity to bring professional processes into the real estate business, he changed the name from AABCO to ESCROW GROUPS with a small team of professionals. Today the company has grown a top notch level with employee strength of 300.
His singular vision has been the brainchild behind several innovations and strategies, that have focused on professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Today with 18000+ happy customers, over 120 projects and expanded presence in OMAN. he has grown the brand into OMAN leading real estate developer! The ESCROW GROUPS brand’s promise of product innovation and superior features, all from a customer’s point of view, combined with the promise of on-time delivery have won the brand many prestigious awards under his guidance.
Mr Amir Ali vision of providing end-to-end solutions across the real-estate spectrum led to his founding companies in allied sectors like Interior Solutions (DoMyHome) & Facilities Management (ESCORW GROUPS Prop Care). In the near future the company will be entering into more areas like Distri-Parks, Commercial Real Estate, Schools, Co-Living Spaces and more.
Mr Amir Ali business acumen has been instrumental in bringing aboard prestigious ESCROW SMART HOME & more. This has brought a whole new level of credibility to the Realty Industry in the OMAN.
With a firm belief in giving back to society, Mr Amir has steered the Prop Care Facility Management into a niche area that provides employment to over 1000 people, many of who are unskilled laborer. Giving them the opportunity to earn a living while learning new skills. Beside this Amir has conducted several tree planting initiatives and has instituted ASPIRING STARS, a program that sponsors budding young talent in various sports fields and rewards them with financial assistance to further their skills and earn laurels for our country OMAN.
Under his able guidance and visionary approach, the brand ESCROW GROUPS is setting its sights on innovations and business goals that were hitherto unheard of in the OMAN Realty Space.
